Hallie built her first home on the Westside of Santa Cruz when she was 26 and since then she has become a knowledgeable real estate investor and experienced property manager. She thoroughly enjoys the process of buying and selling real estate–­especially because it involves building relationships. 

Hallie joined the real estate profession after acquiring extensive experience in health care. Her previous positions included client relations, market research, and project management at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford, and Dignity Health in Santa Cruz.

Hallie brings the same business and personal skills that she acquired in health care to each interaction in real estate. She listens carefully to people’s needs and is a dedicated resource for her clients. Among her peers Hallie is known for her strong ethics, communication skills, positive attitude, and consummate professionalism.

Hallie is a Santa Cruz native and has raised her two children here. She understands and appreciates the many intangible benefits of living in a special place like Santa Cruz–with its moderate climate, unmatched geography, outdoor activities, and diverse yet inclusive community.

Hallie has been a member of the Santa Cruz Track Club for over 20 years. You may spot her running in any of the local forests or along the coast. She also enjoys mountain biking on local trails with her husband. Hallie’s favorite charities include the Michael J. Fox Foundation, Soles4Souls, Together We Rise, Dominican Hospital Santa Cruz, and local public schools.
